Penerangan Kerja Kelayakan - Minimum of Diploma completion in Business or Logistics related field. - Minimum of language capacity and delivery in English (orally and written). - Preferably with two (2) years working experience under Operations of Logistics field. - Able to timely meet deadlines, submissions, and schedule itinerary. - Able to diligently conduct task or duty assigned (cautious). - Able to diligently conduct documentation process (audit). - Able to independently source for solutions on behalf of clientele. - Able to independently liaise with clientele on providing logistics solutions. - Able to independently expedite task and commit as a team member. - Has the ability to communicate with clientele, forwarding agents, and customs. - Has the ability to establish strong relationship with clientele and stakeholders alike. Tanggungjawab The Customer Service Representative shall be given the responsibility to represent company clientele on shipping and logistics matters; the task may include: - Expedite import and export shipment matters. - Expedite, container shipping and inland logistics matters. - Expedite arrangement of shipping and inland logistics schedule matters. - Expedite custom clearance and liaison with custom departments. - Ensure compliance of highest regard on documentation. - Ensure compliance of highest regard on legal and custom's ordinance. - Ensure compliance of highest regard on meeting clientele service request.
