Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person banking hall interactions.
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, loan applications, credit card services, and general banking products.
Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex cases to relevant departments.
Promote and cross-sell the bank's products and services (savings, insurance, loans, investments, etc.) while ensuring compliance with policies.
Guide customers on digital banking services, mobile apps, and self-service kiosks.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation according to bank procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
Meet performance KPIs such as customer satisfaction, service turnaround time, and compliance scores.
