What will you do as a Customer Service employee As an Amazon Customer Service employee you have a very clear goal : prevent difficulties, solve problems and delight our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, responding to their requests via phone, chat and/or email - covering everything from order and product questions to payment issues and website guidance. Our Customer Service employees use various tools to find and apply appropriate solutions and to communicate effectively with internal and external customers as well as Amazon business partners. It will also be your responsibility to gather information to prevent potential issues that impact customer experience and delivery quality. What will your working week look like This role requires you to work flexible hours to fit to the needs of our customers. You will work day shifts and your working week is a minimum of 40 hours, 5x8 hours. In order to meet the requirements of our customers, we develop schedules based on various shift patterns from 6 am to midnight, Monday to Sunday. You may also work on holidays. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS What skills will you need Minimum age: 18 years old Eligibility to work in Poland Fluent knowledge of German and Polish, both spoken and written (at least B2 level), Computer experience Ability to work 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday Ready to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, evening shifts, weekends and extra hours, depending on needs) A quiet room or workspace with a desk and chair On the technical side - a DSL (LAN) or LTE connection with a speed of at least 12 Mb/s ( not WIFI).
