Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously, including communication via phone, email, and live chat.
Process webshop orders, exchanges, returns, and warranty claims in Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics.
Advise our customers on which On product(s) are best suited for them.
Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours while identifying any unresolved issues that require escalation.
Communicate with our third-party warehouse and shipping partners daily regarding orders, returns, and discrepancies.
Lead and participate in special projects as needed to improve team performance and enhance our wow factor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
