? Handle customer inquiries via
calls, chats, and emails
? Deliver clear, professional communication
? Meet KPIs and contribute to team success
? Uphold confidentiality and service excellence
Requirements

Malaysian nationality

Minimum SPM qualification
?
Strong English proficiency (C1 level)
? Passionate about customer service and teamwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
