Position: Customer Service Representatives
Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2500 (Depending on experience)
Working Location: Petaling Jaya (WFH)
Tenure: 6 months (Renewable basis/Converted to permanent)

- Professionally and accurately handling inbound calls from customer pertaining to the company products and services inquiries and complaints
- Responsible for keeping abreast of the product knowledge, marketing campaigns, systems, and processes.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree holder
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service field
- Excellent communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Fresh Degree holder are welcome to apply
- Ability to withstand pressure with high volume of calls
Type of Employment : Contract

Work Location : Kuala Lumpur
