Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or support roles.
  • Main / Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin ?? (English is a plus).
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales - driven personality, confident in achieving KPIs and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or e-commerce backend systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple conversations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing or participating in private domain communities (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, WeChat).
  • Interest or background in metaphysics, wellness, e-commerce, or online learning industries.
  • Strong consultative selling skills - able to identify client needs and close sales with empathy and precision.
  • High emotional intelligence with a sense of accountability and ownership in customer success.
Tanggungjawab
Customer Service
  • Attend to walk-in, phone, and online customer inquiries professionally.
  • Nurture long-term customer relationships via platforms such as
  • WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook, IG etc
  • Provide course and product information, recommendations, and after sales support.
  • Handle order processing, exchanges, returns, and complaints, after-sales in line with company policies, service, and customer follow-up.
Retail Support
  • Assist in daily store operations, including opening, closing, and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and store presentation standards.
  • Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
Sales & Promotion Support
  • Promote ongoing offers and assist in achieving sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including social media (Facebook, IG, XHS ) updates.
E - Commerce & Fulfillment
  • Pack and ship online orders promptly and accurately.
  • Update product listings, stock levels, and pricing on online platforms.
Inventory & Data Entry
  • Perform accurate data entry for product information and transactions.
  • Maintain and update product inventory lists and stock records.
General
  • Attend training and meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
