  • Must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Written)
  • 22 working days per month, 8 hours per shift
  • Rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

  • Handle complaints by finding the cause, offering solutions, and following up
  • Share customer feedback and needs with the team or manager

  • Follow company guidelines and policies when chatting to customers
