1+ year experience in customer service or sales.
Main / Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin ?? (English is a plus).
Strong communication skills with a good sense of customer psychology.
Understand sales logic and know how to build trust & drive conversions.
Sales-driven mindset with ability to actively push deals & meet KPIs.
Experience with CRM systems or e-commerce customer service tools is a bonus.
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility & able to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with communication tools (WhatsApp Community, Telegram, Facebook groups, Line, WeChat Work, etc.)
Interest in metaphysics, wellness, e-commerce, or online courses.
Strong communication skills - able to quickly identify customer needs and convert them into sales opportunities.
High emotional intelligence with a "customer-first, service-is-brand" mindset.
Tanggungjawab
Handle customer inquiries & provide personalized product/service recommendations.
Manage company students communities groupchat (WhatsApp / Telegram) to build loyalty, repeat purchases & referrals.
Support daily customer service tasks - Q&A, orders, after-sales follow-up.
Collect customer feedback & help improve service workflows.
Work with content & marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
