Kelayakan

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Experience in call center, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and incentive-based performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Basic computer literacy and familiar with CRM / call handling systems.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Tanggungjawab

• Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers who are interested in the company's products or services.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations or solutions.
• Promote and upsell relevant products or add-on services to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Work closely with the team leader and sales manager to improve conversion rates and service quality.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards, ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach.
