POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE (SEA/AIR)
LOCATION - BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG
SALARY - RM 3500-4500
interact ocean liners, seaport authorities, haulage companies, vendors to facilitate smooth transaction of all export/ import/ transhipment by ocean mode.
Coordinates and respond to all cargo claims issues with customers, liners and port authorities as well as warehouse operator of third party operator.
Negotiate ocean FCL space allocation for specific account base.
Maintain effective systems of operations, review and control.
Implement cost reduction control to increase efficiency and margins.
Trains develop and motivate team members.
Maintain and efficient filing system and record keeping.
Maintain a high level of housekeeping and corporate image.
Provides training and directions to less experienced staff.
Provide sales support to sales and operations department.
Able to assist for both air and sea if needed .
Perform other duties as and when directed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
