  • Familiar with arranging orders and coordinating Lalamove deliveries
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Age between 18 -35 Able to read & written in chinese
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage online customer inquiries via chat, WhatsApp, or social media
  • Process and arrange customer orders accurately
  • Coordinate deliveries through Lalamove and other courier services
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics team to ensure smooth operations
