Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a decent experience in communicating with people. This position is part of the Marketing Department of Ba Li Kitchen Cabinet, where the core task is to help connect the customer to salesperson. You will work along with 2 other Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary goal is to

attend to all incoming inquiries promptly,

whether through WhatsApp, social media, website forms, or calls, and to

guide every prospect toward booking an appointment

with our sales team Update salesperson schedules in Google Sheets Follow up on previous inquiries. Calling customer if needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web is a plus. Previous customer relations experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks. High level of integrity and reliability in handling confidential information. Previous administrative or office experience is advantageous.
