  • Utilize email as the primary communication tool to correspond with client.
  • Respond efficiently to client inquiries and provide clear answers by email.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Foster collaboration with interested clients to build strong relationships.
  • Oversee the article submission, payment and publication process to ensuring smooth execution.
  • Organize and maintain client data and information for easy accessibility and accuracy.
