Attend customer daily needs of servicing/repairing of vehicles.
Prepare parts and service labor quotation to customer confirmation and generating repair order.
Promote service and parts sales.
Communicated estimate completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.
Coordinate with foreman on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly.
Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contact customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges begin billed.
Maintaining customer relation and ensure satisfactory service.
Maintain internal relationship across departments.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
