Position: Customer Service

Salary: RM2,000- RM2,500

Working Days: Monday - Friday ( 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM )

To answering Company incoming phone call. To responds to customer on Tik Tok, Shopee and Website inquiries also social media regarding online order. To assist customers with product selection, answer basic questions, and suggest various product options that are available thru phone, email, Facebook, Instagram / WhatsApp, Tik Tok and Shopee. To handle walk-in customer. Document common customer service procedures and FAQs for internal reference. To check stock availability, arrange collection / monitor locate products delivery and liaise with logistics company if necessary. Handle complaints, refund items, promotion enquiries, product information enquiry, pricing enquiries, voucher use, gift registry etc via Tik Tok and shopee. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand. Assist customers with after-sales service issues and be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand. Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client Add-hock task as necessary.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

2. Proficiency in CRM tools.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

4. Excellent organizational and project management skills.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.

7. Fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for data analysis and a passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.

8. 1-2 years of customer service or sales admin experience (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
