Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Answer all incoming calls with proper etiquette and professionalism
? Provide fast and efficient responses to customer inquiries about our products
? Resolve issues and troubleshoot order or parcel-related problems
? Proactively share information about promotions, campaigns, and events
? Handle complaints via email and calls with care and professionalism
? Record and update daily customer inquiries and complaints in Excel reports
? Analyze and compile monthly and yearly customer feedback reports
? Track customer service KPIs through random call assessments
? Manage customer interactions through social media comments and DMs
? Monitor social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and update trackers
? Assist the Head of Marketing with daily content posting on social media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
