POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE
Job descriptions
1. Responsible to liaise with customers & internal departments matters related to product requirements development.
2. Execute customer's enquiries and liaise with customers on their orders.
3. Coordinate customer's requests with production activities to ensure accurate production and on-time delivery.
4. Responsible to ensure customers' database (such as updating of price & customer's details) are kept up to date.
Requirements
1. Person with >2 years of experience
2. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply for this position.
