JOB VACANCY
POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE (SHIPPING)
LOCATION - BOTANIC KLANG
SALARY - RM 3000-3600
Job Scopes:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with the coordination and tracking of shipments, providing regular updates on the status of their deliveries
Respond to customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of shipments and provide customers with accurate information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and shipment details
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
Provide support for other administrative tasks as required
