Job description:

To respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email, providing accurate information and assistance regarding E-commerce products, orders, and services.
To handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
Remuneration Package: RM 2400(allowance will be discussed during interview session)

Working Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras.

Shift: 24/7 Rotational, 5 days' work with 2 days off. Off days on rotational basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
