Requirements
Position: Advisor-Customer Service
Language: Mandarin (Simplified Mandarin)
Location: Cyberjaya
Working Days/Hours: 5 days work and 2 days off per week. Rotational Shift
Salary: RM4500 + RM300 (KPI)
Responsibilities
Job scope:
Handle Voice Operation and also chats and email.
Requirements:
-B2 English
-Fluent in reading and typing in Mandarin and English
-minimum 6 months BPO CS experience or fresh graduates can also apply. Training provided.
-ONLY open to local Malaysia
