1. Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate (SPM with credit in BM, English & Mathematic) with 2 years related working experience.2. Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree - approved by QA) are encouraged to apply3. Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills).4. Willing to work flexible and shift hours.5. Good communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in providing service information and inquiries, complaints, and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries & requests via voice & alternate channels regarding e.g. billing, technical, and general inquiries.
• To gather from the customer all the necessary information to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system.
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in the form of courteous and prompt service and updating customers with accurate information.
• Ensure diligent follow-up and fulfill promises made to customers.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, build better customer experience
• Adhere strictly to the contact center standards operating procedures and guidelines.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
