MohonKelayakanWorking Days: Must be able to work on Rotating Shift: Monday - Sunday, 5 days a week, rotational off days (2 off days)

  • Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM - Compulsory
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka
  • Possible to have own transportation
  • No work experience is required. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
Tanggungjawab
  • To attend/answer incoming calls from customers, identify the problems and assist them in solving the problem by providing the right solution
  • Follow up with the customer on pending cases
  • Create a report in the system
