What is your mission?
  • Provide Fraud & Loss Operation support, scope service covers fake order, intel labelling, malicious review, Account take over (ATO)
  • Review of potential fraud cases flagged by the data model andapply commensurate enforcement if needed
  • Review appeals cases that submitted by the users (sellers &creators)
  • Review reported malicious reviews
  • Labelling and categorizing collected intel
Who are we looking for?
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in any field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Min of 2 years\' experience in e-commerce fraud environment
  • Min of 2 years\' experience in Customer Service or Content Moderator
  • Experience in investigation related to fraud, abuse, or cybercrime is a plus
  • Strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation)
  • Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, one that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and native language
  • Amenable to be relocated to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
