• Frequent contact with customers to serve inquiries
• Enter orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Update price lists accurately and on time
• Invoice daily shipments
• Manage the customer master file by creating and maintaining it
• Arrange and coordinate samples
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards
• Perform all duties in full compliance with all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures

Who you are

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any business-related field
• You are fluent in Malaysian and English, both written and spoken
• You have a minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in sales or customer service
• You possess good communication and interpersonal skills, are hardworking, and have a can-do attitude
• You have experience with a matrix organization, which would be a big plus
• You have experience using SAP or similar systems
