• Malaysian citizen fluent in Mandarin (Traditional typing required) and basic English
• Able to commit to a rotational shift schedule (no WFH option)
• Comfortable with English-based system interfaces (interview in English)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must complete assessments

• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
• Handle customer issues professionally and empathetically
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity according to company standards
• Adapt to rotating shifts and meet KPIs consistently
