  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is compulsory).
  • Prior call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Working hour: Monday- Friday; 9am-6pm.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products or services.
  • Assist customers with complaints, requests, or issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain good customer satisfaction by following communication guidelines.
