Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolves customer inquiries/issues accurately via phone / email / live chat.
• Completes accurately the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions.
• Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department.
• Maximizes opportunities to up sell or cross-sell Bank\xe2\x80\x99s products and services whenever to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
• Updates customer data and other relevant information into the relevant systems (as required) accurately..

Job Requirements:

• At least a recognized Diploma (SPM / STPM or equivalent certificate holders with at least 5 years of work experience in CS is considered)
• Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply as training is provided.
• Strong customer service mindset with good communication and excellent problem solving skills.
• Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English), additional Mandarin verbal ability is preferred
• Ability to work on a 24/7 shift including weekends and Public Holidays on rotational basis
• 9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break)
• 5.5 days per week (Mon-Fri 8.5 hours & Sat 5 hours, 2 off day maybe split)
• 1 month classroom training (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance

Remuneration Package:

• Basic is up to RM4,000 or negotiable depending on experience
• RM350 per month Shift Allowance
• RM300 per month Mandarin Language Allowance
• RM500 Bonus upon confirmation (1 time off)
• Transport Allowance (Start before 7am/ End after 12am)
• Quarterly KPI Incentive
