Tanggungjawab

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages on multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and WeChat.
• Ensure communications are timely, accurate and professional and maintain good customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries and requests efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer calls and provide excellent customer support services.
• Process customer orders and manage transaction flow accurately and efficiently.
• Provide high-quality after-sales service, quickly solve problems encountered by customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback and data, identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Make recommendations to improve service quality and customer experience based on data analysis results.
• Participate in new product development and provide customer-focused insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
