  • Fluent in both English, and Vietnamese(reading, writing and speaking)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in the following disciplines: English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of minimum experience in Customer Service in Banking Industry preferred.
  • Willing to work rotational shift
  • Open to relocating to Penang.
Tanggungjawab
  • Deliver prompt customer support via various channels (calls, email, live chat) with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Execute client instructions, resolve issues, and cross-sell bank products.
  • Gather feedback, meet productivity standards, and continuously improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on products and skills through training. Identify and address financial needs, safeguard customer information, and maintain brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and adhere to company policies and performance indicators
