Role : Customer Service (No exprience needed)

Location : Johor Bahru

Salary : RM1900-RM2800 (KPI + Night Shift)

Qualification : Min SPM/Fresher/Diploma/Bachelor.No exprience can apply

Working Days : 6

Shift :Rotational Shift

s :

-Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and email regarding customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.

-Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.

-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

-Proficient in typing.

-Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

-Good computer literacy.

- English atleast know basic
