Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to:

  • Greets and assists all customer & tenant personnel with an efficient and courteous manner.

  • Provides outstanding customer service and be informative to all customer.

  • Promote Loyalty Program redemptions, handle enquiries and all aspects of support- directory, equipment loan, redemptions, lost & found, etc.

  • Follow up customer with enquires and provide solutions eg. Vouchers not collected by new members

  • Answer incoming phone call

  • Handle PA system announcement

  • Daily roving : To check if tenant have early closure or late opening and issue the letter of Non-Compliance Record if needed.

  • Checking and input all the latest data of SCM Registration list and Receipt list and ensure all record is done before end of the shift

  • To assist the team in providing customer service, such as proper customer greeting gestures

  • Checking and maintain grooming standards of the team and ensure everyone is following standardize guideline provided by the company

  • Checking daily checklist and ensure all task is completed by shift in charge

  • Handle administrative duties : OT Claim Report, Checking & Recording Inventory, Weekly report, Cash Collection Report, Customer Complaint Reports, documentary filling

  • Ensure all the voucher & GWP is being tracked, daily movement as well as all the document prepared by concierge assistance is correct.

  • Ensure every cash handling process is following SOP

  • Handle gift/voucher redemption item including communication with marketing department for broken gift replacement

  • Maintain the cleanliness of working areas and make sure to sanitize all the assets and loan equipment on daily basis.


Essential to this role is 3 years of experience in a customer service supervisor/team lead capacity. Excellent proficiency in English is a must have skill for this role. You must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
