Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese is a must
- Fresh graduates from High School and above
- Able to write/read/speak Traditional Mandarin
- Having insurance/healthcare background is preferred
1. Handle phone call and email enquiries from our network provider regarding the medical cards, pre-authorization, referrals
2. Handle enquiries related to contract renewal, fee review, portal access and movement notice
3. Provide informaton on pre-authorization status, Guarantee of Payment Letter and claims
4. Update and maintain accurate records of all inquiries and provider list
