The Customer Service Support (Live Chat) representative is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to customers via live chat. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Respoinsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM
To promote company's brand and services.
To support daily administrative tasks
Requirements
Minimum SPM or any discipline.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
Excellent written communication skills and typing speed.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with online chat tools.
Able to work 5 weekdays on a rotation shift, including weekends from 11am till 8pm
Full-time position based Eko Cheras Mall or Midvalley, Kuala Lumpur
Candidate able to start work with short notice

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
