Job Description


  • Good command in both English and Mandarin (as needed to support Mandarin-speaker customer).
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain good performance based on client metrics.
  • Coach and train the team regularly to enhance competencies.
  • Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Respond to incoming customer\'s calls, live chats, or emails.
