Job Description

Fully responsible for the branches daily operation (opening & closing). Entertain walk in and online customers. Offer a consistently good memorable customer service experience. Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Develop E-commerce strategy to promote sales via online and live marketing.

Requirement



Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any field. Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays.
