Customer Service & Technical Support Engineer (Full-time)

Location:

Sunway Velocity V2 Office Tower, Cheras (On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically-minded Customer Service & Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will be the vital link between our customers and our production/logistics departments, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and providing expert support for our electronic/mechanical products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-line customer service and technical support via email and online platforms. Manage the entire customer order process from inquiry to delivery, coordinating closely with internal production and logistics teams. Proactively resolve after-sales issues, complaints, and any unexpected delivery challenges. Maintain strong customer relationships, collect feedback, and contribute to service process optimization. Work collaboratively to support team goals and adapt to a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.

What We Offer:

Base Salary:

RM 3,100 - RM 3,700 per month

Probationary Period (3-6 months):

Base salary + RM 300 KPI allowance RM 400 monthly transportation subsidy

Upon Confirmation:

Base salary + RM 500 Chinese language allowance

Shift Allowances:

Noon shift (2pm-11pm): RM 30/day | Night shift (11pm-8am): RM 70/day Continued RM 400 transportation subsidy

Estimated Total Monthly Earnings:

RM 5,200 - RM 6,000 (inclusive of all allowances)

Working Hours (Rotational Shifts):

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Noon Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant technical customer service experience are also encouraged to apply.

Mandatory Language Proficiency:

Excellent written and spoken communication in

both English and Mandarin

(required as working languages). Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to commit to a rotational shift, including nights and weekends.
