Job Description
Position : Customer Service Inbound (Telecommunication)Shift : Earliest shift 7am, last ended shift 12am (No overnight shift)Working day :Monday - Sunday (2 day off per week) + Public holiday (Extra payment)Jobscope:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Answering incoming calls from customers and making outbound calls to address customer queries or provide information.
- Providing Information: Assisting customers with product or service information, answering questions, and providing solutions to problems.
- Resolving Issues: Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently, often escalating more complex problems to higher-level support.
- Processing Orders and Transactions: Handling orders, processing payments, and managing customer accounts.
- Recording and Updating Information: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.
- Following Scripts and Guidelines: Adhering to company policies, scripts, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks, such as typing notes while speaking with customers, and navigating different software systems.
- Maintaining Professionalism: Providing excellent customer service with a polite, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Minimum qualification SPM with Credits
- Has experience working in Customer Service preferably in Telco industry
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Malaysian only.
