HIRING - Customer Service Executive (Telco Project)



Location:

UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya (Next to LRT Subang Jaya)

Salary Package:



Basic:

RM2,400

KPI Allowance:

RM300

Shift Allowance:

Up to RM500

Total Earning: RM3,200 - RM3,500++


Ada OT / jika bekerja PH dikira OT



Working Schedule:



5 Days Rotational Shifts (8AM - 10PM) 9.5 hrs/day (including breaks) Shift Allowances: 11AM-8:30PM = RM10/day
2PM-12AM = RM30/night

Training Provided: (ada allowance)


10 days (Mon - Fri)

Job Scope:



Handle

calls, live chat & emails

regarding Telco products & services. Provide accurate info & resolve customer issues politely & professionally. Maintain strong product knowledge to support customer needs. Achieve monthly KPIs.

Requirements:



Min.

SPM (Credit)

with 6 months CCE experience. Fresh grads with

Diploma

also welcome (training provided). Proficient in

English & BM (7/10)
