Telemarketer / Customer Service Executive (Telco Company)


Location: Glenmarie, Selangor



About the Role


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Telemarketers / Customer Service Executives. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, providing product information, handling basic inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Answer inbound inquiries and provide clear, helpful information. Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting or service-related questions. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain quality standards. Deliver excellent customer service and uphold a professional company image.

Requirements



No experience required -

fresh graduates and first-job seekers are encouraged to apply. Experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service is an added advantage. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfortable making phone calls. Able to work in Glenmarie, Selangor.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,170.12 per month
