Fluent in English (B2+) and Mandarin or Cantonese.
Minimum 1 year training experience in a BPO/contact centre; e-commerce/marketplace exposure preferred.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and content development skills.
Organized, adaptable, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
Must work on-site in Johor.

Prepare, update, and maintain training materials and manuals.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Track training attendance, completion, and assessment results.
Collaborate with Training, Operations, and QA teams to align initiatives with business goals.
