CS TRUCKING JOB SCOPE

Acknowledge new enquiries from clients. Convert cargo dimensions and verify accuracy. Determine and calculate the suitable truck type for the cargo. Prepare official quotations for trucking and handling services. Issue official quotation for all handling jobs. Prepare and maintain daily reports for trucking and handling activities. Follow up with the DMO team for custom forms and copies of duty receipts. Revise and issue the final quotation upon job completion. Recheck and ensure all handling jobs are properly closed. Print and compile job files with all relevant supporting documents attached. Prepare necessary permits for trucking operations. Update reports promptly and accurately.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
