Role : Customer Service VOICE & CHAT Support (Malay + English) Language (English + Malay ) FRESHERS ARE WELCOMED JOB Type : Permanent Location : Cyberjaya, Selangor Qualification: SPM and Above Preferred (Advantage if have Call Center Experience) SPM- ANY 06 MONTH TO 2 Year Experience Considered DIPLOMA/DEGREE- NO Customer Support Experience can work Working Hours: From 8AM - 12AM (8 hours only) Will be ROTATIONAL SHIFT Have 4 shifts : 8am-5pm 9am-6pm 2pm-10pm 3pm-12am Working Days: Monday - Sunday / 5 Days in a week (On rotational includes Weekend) Off Days: 2 Days (On Rotational) Salary : RM2,025 basic + RM300 KPI Allowance + (FOR NIGHT SHIFT OTHER ALLOWANCES) INTERVIEW DATE- ONLINE INTERVIEW 26 Sep ( Contact on WhatsApp no.+60-04-224 1250 to book Interview Slot) Date of Joining- Project Start Date 27 Sep to 5 Oct JOB DETAIL- 1 .Customer support CALL HANDLING , CHAT SUPPORT, CALL SUPPORT, Social Media Support etc. 2.Customer Support- (Call/Voice Support) 3.Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling A team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment Good computer skills including the ability to navigate and use multiple windows Prior experience in handling Social Media or familiar with Social Media- WILL PREFERRED Able to determine the problem/sentiment of each interaction and responds professionally Good typing speed & accuracy-advantage
