The Customer Service is responsible for managing daily customer communication, coordinating with warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing. This role acts as the main point of contact between customers and the warehouse, ensuring service levels, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution.
Respond to emails and calls promptly in a professional manner.
Provide customers with accurate information on stock availability, order cutoffs, shipment status, and discrepancies.
2. Order & Shipment Coordination
Coordinate daily outbound orders, including e-commerce, replenishment, and urgent requests.
Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure picking, packing, and dispatch are completed on time.
Monitor order cutoffs and customer SLAs.
Prepare daily order summaries and communicate special requirements to operations.
3. Inbound & Inventory Support
Coordinate inbound shipments and follow up on receiving confirmation.
Verify discrepancies, damages, and quantity differences with operations.
Support cycle counting and stock verification when required.
4. WMS & System Management
Create and update orders, check stock history, and monitor transaction records in the Warehouse Management
System (WMS).
Generate reports as required by customers or internal teams.
Highlight system issues (e.g., repeated SKU lines, usage not transacted).
5. Issue Management & Escalation
Investigate customer complaints such as short-shipments, wrong items, or missing scans.
Work with inventory, outbound, and quality teams to find root causes.
Provide timely and accurate corrective actions and feedback to customers.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per customer requirements.
Ensure proper documentation for inbound, outbound, return goods, and stock adjustments.
Support billing data preparation when required.
7. Compliance & SOP Adherence
Ensure warehouse processes follow customer SOPs and internal procedures.
Follow and enforce safety, security, and quality requirements.
Qualification:
Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
At least 1 year experience in Warehouse & Logistic
Familiar with basic warehouse process

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
