Kelayakan

  • Minimum qualification: SPM with 2 years call center experience
  • Fresh Graduates (Diploma) or (Degree) are encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to communicate and write well in English
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantages but not necessary
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Willing to on rotation shift
Tanggungjawab
  • Handling incoming calls and esquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation
  • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction
  • Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity
  • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
  • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader
Manfaat
  • Shift Allowance = RM9 per night shift
  • Customer Service Allowance - RM150
  • KPI Allowance = RM100
  • Language Allowance (Mandarin) = RM450
  • EPF and SOCSO contribution
  • Salary ranging from RM1,800 - RM3,000
  • Must be able to work on shift basis with additional allowance of RM150 (1 shift = 9.5 hours) (5 working days)
