Job Details
Position: Customer Service Executives
Location: Work From Home (WFH)
Working Days: 5 days per week (rest days scheduled by manager)
Rotational Shift (quarterly basis):
Morning: 8AM - 6PM
Afternoon: 1PM - 11PM
Night: 10PM - 8AM (new joiners will not be assigned night shifts initially)
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,500
Night Shift Allowance: RM500
Performance Incentive: Up to RM2,000/quarter
Performance Bonus: Up to 6 months (individual + company)
Year-End Bonus: 1 month
Annual salary adjustment and top performer rewards, including company trips
Medical & Dental coverage: RM700 per year
Long service award: RM20,000 housing allowance (after 5 years)
