Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for providing assistance, information and support to customer. Answering customer inquiries, address customer complaints, resolving issues and provide effective communication with customers through phone calls and replying to emails.
Shift:
Rotational shift (day and night)
Qualifications or experiences:
SPM Proficient in English At least 18 years old
Basic salary:
RM 1900
