Tanggungjawab
  • Answer phone calls and schedule meetings.
  • Answer Whatsapp enquiry and provide support , example: sending enquiry to designer group and send back confirm to customer , do document file for confirm cases.
  • Perform administrative tasks like filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Manage administrative projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Support office efficiency.
  • Handle payment chasing and document filing.
  • Coordinate job sheet creation and communication with sales and clients.
  • Collaborate with different departments effectively.
  • Clarify doubts by directly asking the responsible person.
