Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, or walk-in. Assist customers regarding installment status, products, and services. Provide friendly and professional customer support at all times. Record customer details and update service logs. Work closely with the technician team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:



Good communication skills & pleasant personality. Confident when dealing with customers (9/10 confidence level preferred). Able to work independently and in a team. Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, etc.). Experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
