Responsibilities

Ensure customers satisfaction is at its highest while managing and tracking KPI's. Trouble shoots and track job progress from beginning until the end. Liaise with all related departments / divisions to ensure job completion. Maintain good relations with customers. Meet with customers on a need be basis to enhance relations and solve problems. Assist in collecting payment from customers. Any other job that maybe assigned by the Management.

Requirements

1 years experience in logistics environment Computer literate Written and spoken in english
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
